1. Subscription billing

POSetu offers subscription plans for vendors. The applicable plan, price, duration and included entitlements are presented to the customer before purchase.

2. Payment

Subscription access is activated or maintained according to the payment status and the applicable plan. Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information where required.

3. POSetu does not process company-vendor financial transactions

This policy applies to payments made for POSetu subscriptions. POSetu does not process or operate financial transactions between companies and vendors. Invoice payment status, payment dates or payment references recorded in POSetu are business information only; the underlying payment between the company and vendor takes place outside the platform.

4. Seven-day refund window

A customer may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of the relevant subscription payment.

After 7 calendar days from the payment date, subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or POSetu expressly agrees otherwise.

5. How to request a refund

Refund requests should be submitted through the POSetu Contact & Support page or by contacting POSetu Support. Please include the account email, payment details available to you and the reason for the request.

POSetu may verify the subscription and payment before processing a refund.

6. Refund processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed through the applicable payment method or payment provider, subject to the provider's processing timelines and procedures.

7. Subscription expiry or cancellation

Expiry or cancellation of a subscription does not automatically create a refund entitlement outside the refund window described above.

8. Pricing changes

POSetu may change subscription prices or plan features for future purchases. Any applicable price shown at the time of a new purchase will govern that purchase.
